The E-Rate program is the FCC's largest initiative to connect schools and libraries to affordable broadband and technology. Eligible schools can receive discounts of 20–90% on qualifying products and services — including VR hardware and educational software.

Title IV Part A

Student Support and Academic Enrichment (SSAE) grants under Title IV Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act. Schools can use these funds for well-rounded education programs, technology, and safe learning environments — including VR.
